SHIPPING POLICY

This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding the delivery of physical goods purchased from Crowns Cre8tions. We are committed to ensuring your order arrives safely and efficiently.


1. Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

  • Standard Processing: Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

  • High Volume: During periods of high demand, processing may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via the email provided at checkout.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: [5–7] business days.

  • Expedited Shipping: [2–3] business days.

We currently do NOT offer international shipping. Any order not from the USA will be cancelled and refunded.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of generation.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Crowns Cre8tions is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Transfer of Risk and Damages

The risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

  • If you receive your order and it is damaged, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy immediately.

  • You must save all packaging materials and damaged goods to file a claim, as photographic evidence is required for all refund or replacement requests.

6. Delivery Address Accuracy

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address. Crowns Cre8tions is not liable for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the item.

7. Missing or Lost Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly. Our liability ends once the carrier confirms delivery to the address provided.
