Return and Refund Policy

This Return and Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs the retail transactions between Crowns Cre8tions (“the Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and the customer (“you”). By purchasing from our site or physical location, you agree to the terms outlined herein.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns and refunds are strictly limited to items that arrive in a damaged or defective state.

  • Non-Damaged Items: We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for "change of mind," sizing errors, or any other reason where the product is received in its intended, undamaged condition.

  • Damaged Goods: An item is considered "damaged" if it suffers from a manufacturing defect or was physically compromised during the shipping process, rendering it unfit for its intended use.

2. Customer Rights and Remedies

Upon receipt of a damaged item, the customer is entitled to exercise one of the following two remedies:

  1. Full Refund: A complete reversal of the original transaction amount, credited to the original payment method.

  2. Replacement: A new, identical item shipped to the customer at no additional cost, subject to current inventory availability.

3. Procedure for Claims

To initiate a claim, you must notify our support team within 21 days of delivery. The following documentation is required to process your request:

  • Proof of purchase (Order number or receipt).

  • Photographic or video evidence clearly demonstrating the damage or defect.

4. Inspection and Approval

All claims are subject to inspection. The Company reserves the right to deny a refund or replacement if the damage is determined to be the result of customer misuse, post-delivery accidents, or normal wear and tear.

5. Limitation of Liability

Except as expressly stated in this Policy, all items are sold "as is." The Company’s total liability for any damaged product shall not exceed the original purchase price of the item in question.
